Lisa Marinic, Owner and Principal Consultant at Kacia Consulting Ltd. created her company upon recognizing the number of small to mid-size organizations in need of high-level industrial hygiene expertise at a cost they could manage within their OHS budget. Having a deep understanding of the lifelong impacts workers can experience from workplace health exposures, Lisa’s passion is to help employers better understand and identify health hazards present in their work, so they can keep their workers safe from occupational health exposures.
Lisa is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), as well as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), and is skilled at integrating Industrial Hygiene into Safety and Operational Programs.
With field-level, corporate, and consulting experience working throughout Canada in various industries spanning Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Municipal Government, and Health Care, Lisa is committed to using her skills and experience to promote workplace health & wellness for organizations requiring Industrial Hygiene services.
Away from work, Lisa is likely hanging out with her husband, 5-year-old daughter, 3-year-old son, golden retriever, and Labrador retriever family! Lisa always enjoys working through new challenges brought her way in all areas of her life and is looking forward to working with you to help you overcome any IH challenges you may be currently experiencing in your company!
